2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use our platform. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the legal right to use the platform.

3. User Roles & Responsibilities

3.1 End Users (Testers)

Must provide honest and unbiased feedback when participating in usability tests. Cannot misuse the platform by submitting false or misleading feedback. Will receive rewards based on participation and compliance with platform guidelines.

3.2 Experts/Evaluators

Must conduct evaluations professionally and provide detailed usability insights. Should maintain confidentiality regarding business-related usability tests. Are responsible for ensuring their reports are accurate and follow usability principles.

3.3 Product Owners

Can submit websites, apps, or digital products for usability testing. Are responsible for ensuring their content complies with local laws and ethical guidelines. Cannot use the platform for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.

4. Account & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. UsabilityLab is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms.

5. Payments & Rewards

Testers: Earn rewards based on the number and quality of usability tests completed. Experts: Receive compensation based on agreed terms with UsabilityLab. Owners: Must ensure timely payments for premium services (if applicable). UsabilityLab reserves the right to modify reward structures and pricing at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Submit false or misleading feedback.
• Use automated bots or scripts to manipulate results.
• Share confidential data from usability tests.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or unethical behavior.
• Violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and technology belong to UsabilityLab. Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant UsabilityLab the right to use it for analysis and improvements. Unauthorized copying or distribution of UsabilityLab materials is prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

UsabilityLab follows strict data protection policies to safeguard user information. We collect and process data to improve usability testing services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

UsabilityLab is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes based on usability test results. Users assume all risks associated with using the platform.

10. Termination & Suspension

UsabilityLab may suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms. Users can request account deletion at any time. Termination does not waive any outstanding obligations or liabilities.

11. Changes to These Terms

UsabilityLab reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
